Limited Lifetime Warranty:

All RO & RO DI Filtration Units manufactured by TB Aquatics, are warranted to the original user to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime. This warranty is only of parts that prove to be defective. TB Aquatics liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing at TB Aquatics option, without charge, F.O.B. TB Aquatics warehouse, any product manufactured by TB Aquatics. TB Aquatics will not be liable for any cost of removal, installation, transportation, shipping and handling or any other charges which may arise in connection with warranty claim. Products which are not manufactured by TB Aquatics are subject to warranty provided by the manufacturer.  Products not manufactured by TB Aquatics, include, but are not limited to tds meters, faucets, pressure tanks and booster pumps.  TB Aquatics will not be liable for damage or wear to products caused by abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or repair, or incorrect installation of the product or damage caused by hot water, freezing, flood, fire, or acts of God.  Disposable filters are not covered under warranty.

To obtain warranty service, please contact TB Aquatics for instructions.  When returning items for repair, they must be sent freight prepaid.  TB Aquatics will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from installation, use, or any other causes. There are no express or limited warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond those warranties described or referred to above. 

Be careful when buying RO DI units.  Some use cheap foreign components and are not capable of handling anything more than moderate water pressure.  Our units have been pressure tested to 150 psi.

Your RO DI unit should last a lifetime.  Is it worth saving $5-25 only to end up with an inferior trouble laden unit.
