What is the Customer Reward Point Program?

The Reward Points Program is a program that allows TB Aquatics to reward you, our valued customers for your continuing patronage. The program itself is quite simple. Whenever you make a purchase, you earn Reward Points. And Once earned, those Points many be spent on products within our store.

How does the Program work?

When you make a purchase, you gain a number of Reward Points equal to the number of points awarded for the products in your purchase. The standard is q1 Reward Points for every $1 that a product costs. Some products may have higher Reward Point values due to specials that we have going on.

All pending points are listed in the Reward Points Sidebox (to the right, when you are logged in) and will stay there until approved/confirmed by TB Aquatics. Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points. Ready for you to spend on whatever you want. Here are a few helpful tips.

• Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.
• You must checkout with an account to receive reward points.
• You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.
• During the checkout procces you'll be able to pay for your order with your points balance.

Redeeming Reward Points

If you have a balance in your Reward Points Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at TB Aquaticsd Store. Reward Points are redeemed at a value of $0.01 for every point. This means that 500 points are worth $5.00 towards a purchase.

During the checkout proccess, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to select if you wish to use your points, as well as information on the total amount of points available. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

Minimum Points Required

There is no minimum number of Reward Points required in order for you to use them.

Minimum Purchase Amount Required

Currently, no Minimum Purchase Amount required to redeem your points.

Maximum Points Redeemptions allowed per order

Currently, there is no maximum amount of points you can redeem per order, so you can save your points for a really expensive item if you like.

Will I earn points for shipping fees?

No. When calculating the amount of points earned. shipping fees are excluded.

May I spend my points on shipping fees?

No. Reward Points apply only to the cost of the products, not to shipping fees.

Will I earn points for discounted products?

Yes. The amount of points earned is based on the cost of the item purchased. If you purchase an item on sale, it will earn you fewer points than when at its regular price.

Will I earn points when purchases paid with points?

Yes.

Products Restrictions

Currently, the only product for which you will not earn Reward Points, is a Gift Certificate.

Conditions of Use

• Reward Points are only available to registered TB Aquatics member's.
• Reward Points can only be collected and used with online purchases. and are only validated at TB Aquatics.
• Reward Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between member's.
• Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• Reward Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
• When buying with Reward Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Reward Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
• When calculating the amount of points earned. shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
