Special Handling

Some overweight/oversized items have additional handling charge per item.  This will be noted on the items page.  5 gallon buckets of bulk chemical are charged at our actual discounted UPS rate.

T5 Bulbs

T5 bulb shipping is calculated separately from all other items.  Shipping on 1-5 bulbs is $9.99, shipping on 6 or more is free.

MH Bulbs

Shipping on MH bulbs is free for the lower 48 states.

Terms and Exclusions:

  • Offer valid only on orders shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or other US Territories will not qualify for this promotion.
  • Shipping charges for returned merchandise is non-refundable.
  • All orders, including those that qualify for free shipping are subject to shipping insurance charges at the rate of $0.75 per $100 increment.  Minimum is $0.75.

Shipping Damages

All shipping damages must be reported within 7 days of package delivery.

Shipping Charges

We ship USPS or UPS.

When you place an order with TB Aquatics, we take pride in processing your order with speed and accuracy. Most orders ship within 1 business day of being placed.

We only ship to the 50 United States and Washington D.C and Canada.

We ship using USPS Priority Mail and UPS.

Candian Customers are responsible for duties and taxes.

Returns

Dry Goods

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on drygoods.  If for any  reason your are not completely satisfied, just call us, request an RMA # and send us back the unopened product for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number. Any return shipped back to us without this RA number will be refused.

Conditions for return:

  1. Returns must be issued an RA number with in 30 days of invoice date.
  2. Product must be unopened and in resalable condition. All original instructions must be included.  No returns on opened items.  A 20% restocking fee may apply on all returns.
  3. Returns must be shipped back fully insured and properly packaged.
  4. Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless the merchandise was shipped in error.
  5. Refused orders are subjected to an automatic 25% restocking fee plus return freight charge.
